How do you feel after achieving your success as a millionaire?

I am elated to achieve this memorable feat in PropNex for the very first time. To compete and stand out amongst a sea of champions of more than 10,000 peers is indeed not easy but that is also what pushes you to the next level. I’m beyond grateful for all the positive encouragement I’ve received from everyone on the ground. Thank you PropNex for the platform and positive energy!

What is your focus and how do you differentiate yourself?

My main focus everyday is to add value and be a solutions provider to my team, my clients, my co-brokes and the people around me. With constant engagement and provision of up-to-date Real Estate Statistics and solutions, I am able to simplify the process flow and assist them to derive an Informed Decision together. Before offering any advice, I always put myself in the client's shoes and strive to leave no stones unturned.

Any words of advice for aspiring agents?

All dreams and targets may seem daunting at the start. But if we break it down into smaller and more achievable goals on a quarterly or monthly basis, we will be on our route to success. Take one step at a time and you will eventually get there. Focus on adding value to those around you and they will eventually reach out to you!
