Through this prospecting activity, he has helped many associates secure exclusive listings that resulted in many closings. Some of his awards include Top HDB Transactor, Platinum Achiever, Top Individual Producer award and 10-year PropNex ambassador. Alvin is a hands-on leader and is currently mentoring a group of young millennials and dynamic Top Performers.
