The Singapore property market is ever changing ad takes shape together with the change of global economy and country policy. To stay relevant and competitive, one has to go with the flow and quickly embrace changes, be technology, execution, or serving different market segments. The Covid pandemic for the past three years, since 2020 has indeed created a challenging environment for salespersons and only those with willingness to adapt will be able to survive and thrive.

What are the qualities that one needs to be a PropNex Millionaire?

Most times, people only see the glorified state of Millionaires in this industry and envy their achievements. However, I believe behind every Millionaire are the consistent qualities of perseverance, innovation, high quality performance and professionalism.

What are your goals and aspirations for 2023 and beyond? (More sales, different segment, grow own team)

2023 will be an exciting year. I hope to be able to consistently generate sales, grow my team and share my aspiration with others.
