While high sales are indeed one measure of success, I personally feel most accomplished making a real difference to my clients’ lives; helping them choose a dream home and/or make a profitable property investment. More than the millionaire award itself, double my number of transactions I did previous years, translate to helping more families achieve their real estate goals is my honour.

What do you attribute your success to e.g. support from family, friends, clients, management, co-workers, belief/faith?

Loving God. My forever cheerleader, Sagey. My firm belief in conscientiousness ( self discipline & focus ), integrity and professionalism has paid off greatly when it comes to client acquisition and retention. All my loving esteemed clients who based on their experiences want me to serve their friends too. Great appreciation to them for the trust & support.

I joined Propnex 12yrs ago and has witnessed how the company evolved to becoming a public listed firm today. The dynamism & wisdom of the founders; took the company to greater heights ; navigated us through many industry challenges , and gave associates a great platform to succeed . All on an equal playing ground. Thank u PropNex management for a great platform to excel.

Now that you have been recognised as a PropNex Millionaire as a repeat honouree, what more do you look forward to?  What will continue to drive or motivate you? What are your current and future goals, if any?

I have always dedicated myself to achieving positive outcomes for clientele that is becoming increasingly discerning; winning the trust and commitment of my clients is what I value most in my career as a realtor.

With my wealth of experience & expertise as investor/realtor, I hope to value add more people/families. Each client is unique, there is no one size fits all  My FORTE Strength lies in exclusively customising solutions for their distinctive needs. There is plenty to look forward to and I’m excited to make that difference.
