I feel honoured and proud to be recognised by PropNex. This recognition mirrors all the efforts I have contributed and makes me feel even more reassured that what l've been doing has indeed added value to all my clients. It motivates, energises and drives me on to do more, achieve more and be more.

What do you attribute your success to e.g. support from family, friends, clients, management, co-workers, belief/faith?

My family, Jasmine Ng, who is always by my side and my daughter Jolene Lim who constantly drives me to push forward. Really appreciate all my clients for their trust and support, especially clients through referrals. My DLD team members for fuelling our team spirit and performance.

Not forgetting our company's training platforms and backend IT support. Our super energetic management team - CEO Ismail Gafoor, ED Kelvin Fong, KEO Lim Yong Hock, and many more.

Now that you have been recognised as a PropNex Millionaire (for the 1st time or as a repeat honouree), what more do you look forward to? What will continue to drive or motivate you? What are your current and future goals, if any?

This is my first time being recognised as a PropNex Millionaire. I'm definitely looking forward to achieving my second PropNex Millionaire in the coming year! Support from my family and team will continue to drive me.

My current goal is to do my best for both myself and my team. We have done well in 2021, doubling our sales compared to the year before. I hope to continue to double my team sales in 2022 and for subsequent years ahead!
